This policy governs the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be sought for purchases made from Nehangi.

1.1 In the event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or where the packaging indicates tampering prior to delivery, the Customer shall not utilize the product.
1.2 The Customer is required to provide compulsory evidence in the form of:
1.3 Such evidence must be submitted to help@nehangi.com within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Failure to provide such evidence within the stipulated period shall render the Customer ineligible for replacement or refund.
1.4 Upon due verification and approval of the claim, the Company shall dispatch a replacement product to the Customer at no additional cost.
2.1 All return requests must be initiated within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. Requests made thereafter shall be deemed invalid and rejected.
2.2 Returned products must strictly meet the following conditions:
2.3 Products returned without a duly authorized request, or outside the prescribed channel, shall not be accepted.
2.4 Complimentary items, promotional articles, and free gifts shall not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
3.1 Refunds shall be processed only upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned product at the Company's designated warehouse.
3.2 Upon approval, the refund shall be issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, exclusive of weekends and national holidays.
3.3 Refunds shall be made solely to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.4 Orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) shall not be eligible for cash refunds. Such refunds shall be issued strictly in the form of store credits, which may be redeemed against future purchases.
3.5 Products falling under warranty, where applicable, shall qualify only for store credits, not cash refunds.
4.1 Orders, once dispatched or shipped, shall not be eligible for cancellation.
4.2 Where an order is cancelled subsequent to shipment, only the article price shall be credited as store credit, after deducting applicable shipping charges.
4.3 Special festival or promotional offer products shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or store credits.
5.1 The Company reserves the absolute right to decline any return, refund, or replacement request if the claim is found to be false, fraudulent, or where the product is received undamaged and in accordance with the order specifications.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or claims arising due to non-compliance with the evidentiary and procedural requirements set forth in this Policy.
5.3 This Policy is subject to amendment, modification, or revision by the Company at any time, without prior notice. Customers are advised to consult the latest version of the Policy available on the Company's official website prior to making a purchase.
